1. Acceptance of terms
By using World-Debrid, you unreservedly accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Registration and user account
2.1 Account creation: To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
2.3 Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Use of the service
3.1 Authorized use: World-Debrid is a legal link unlocking service. You agree to:
- Use the service only for legal content
- Not share your account with third parties
- Respect the limits of your subscription
- Not attempt to bypass security systems
3.2 Prohibited use: It is strictly forbidden to:
- Use the service to download illegal or pirated content
- Carry out fraudulent or malicious activities
- Overload or disrupt the servers
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
- Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts
4. Fair Use policy
World-Debrid is a shared service. To guarantee equal service quality for all users, a fair use policy applies to all accounts, including premium accounts.
4.1 Volume limits: Use of the service must remain reasonable and personal. Use is considered excessive when it significantly and repeatedly exceeds the average consumption of other users over the same period. As a guideline, normal personal use represents:
- Fewer than 100 unlocks per day
- Less than 500 GB of data transferred per rolling 30-day period
These thresholds are given as guidance. World-Debrid reserves the right to act in case of clear abuse, even below these values, if the behavior disrupts the service.
4.2 Ban on abusive automation: Using scripts, bots, mass download tools or any automation generating an abnormal volume of requests is strictly forbidden. Only official World-Debrid plugins and extensions are allowed.
4.3 Strictly personal use: The account is named and personal. Sharing credentials, using your account for the benefit of third parties (extended family, group, community) or indirectly reselling bandwidth is forbidden and treated as fraud.
4.4 Concurrency: Simultaneous connections from different IP addresses or excessive parallel downloads may trigger a preventive account suspension.
4.5 Detection and consequences: World-Debrid automatically monitors usage patterns. In case of detected overuse or abuse:
- 1st warning: temporary speed or volume limitation
- Repeat offense: account suspension or termination without refund
In case of severe or immediate abuse (request spam, scraping, reselling), World-Debrid reserves the right to suspend the account without notice.
5. Subscriptions and payments
5.1 Plans: World-Debrid offers different plans (free, premium). Prices are listed in euros (VAT included).
5.2 Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5.3 Renewal: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
5.4 Refund: Payments are non-refundable except in case of major service malfunction lasting more than 7 consecutive days.
6. Loyalty points
6.1 Awarding: Loyalty points may be awarded for certain actions (payments, referrals, etc.).
6.2 Use: Points may be exchanged for premium subscription days.
6.3 Validity: Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.
6.4 Expiry: Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
7. Suspension and termination
World-Debrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these terms of use
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Service abuse or excessive use
- Unpaid invoices
You can delete your account at any time from your personal area.
8. Warranties and limitations
8.1 Availability: We strive for maximum service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8.2 Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, availability or legality of content accessible via unlocked links.
8.3 Limited liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.
9. Modification of terms
World-Debrid reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or on-site notification.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
