World-Debrid is a debrid service: it lets its subscribers download, from third-party file hosts, the links they submit to us. If you hold rights, or are authorised to act for the rights holder, and protected content is reachable through our service without your permission, report it to us.
How to report content
Write to [email protected] and include:
- The date of your notice
- Your identity and contact details (name, company if applicable, postal address, email)
- The work concerned and proof that you hold the rights to it or act on behalf of the rights holder
- What should be blocked: file host links, magnet links or torrent hashes, file names
- The reasons why the content should be removed
- A statement that this information is accurate
What we do
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- We review the notice and reply within 5 business days.
- If the notice is valid, the content is blocked for all users: the reported links, torrent hashes and file names can no longer be debrided, and cached copies are deleted.
- Accounts that debrided this content receive a warning. Repeat infringement leads to suspension, then termination of the account (section 3.5 of our terms of use).
- If the notice is incomplete or unfounded, we explain why.
Abusive notices
Presenting content as unlawful while knowing that claim to be inaccurate is punishable by law.
Authorities
Judicial authorities can send their requests to the same address.
