1. Acceptance of terms
By using World-Debrid, you unreservedly accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Registration and user account
2.1 Account creation: To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
2.3 Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Use of the service
3.1 Authorized use: World-Debrid is a legal link unlocking service. You agree to:
- Use the service only for legal content
- Not share your account with third parties
- Respect the limits of your subscription
- Not attempt to bypass security systems
3.2 Prohibited use: It is strictly forbidden to:
- Use the service to download illegal or pirated content
- Carry out fraudulent or malicious activities
- Overload or disrupt the servers
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
- Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts
3.3 Copyright and infringement: World-Debrid may only be used for files you have the right to download: your own files, royalty-free files, or content whose rights holder authorises its distribution. Downloading, copying or distributing a protected work without its rights holder's permission is copyright infringement (articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code). World-Debrid does not check in advance the content of the links you submit: you alone are responsible for how you use them.
3.4 Notice and takedown: Any rights holder can report content to us through the procedure described on our Report content page. If the notice is valid, the content is blocked for all users.
3.5 Repeat infringement: Every valid notice concerning content debrided from your account is recorded against it:
- 1st notice: warning by email, naming the content concerned
- 2nd notice: account suspension
- 3rd notice: permanent termination of the account, with no refund of the current period
This scale is separate from the one in the fair use policy (section 4). You can contest a decision by replying to the email that notifies you of it.
4. Fair Use policy
World-Debrid is a shared service. To guarantee equal service quality for all users, a fair use policy applies to all accounts, including premium accounts.
4.1 What premium access covers: Premium access grants a personal right to use the service. It is neither the purchase of a data volume nor a capacity reservation: you do not pay by volume and no quota is deducted from you.
The service is shared, its capacity is pooled between all premium accounts. To protect it, we apply technical speed and volume caps, per account and per period, which we adjust according to network load and the availability of our access. These caps are operating measures: they are not a guaranteed allowance and create no vested right to any given volume.
4.2 Excessive use: The following is considered excessive:
- Any use which, over the same period, significantly and durably exceeds the usual consumption of other premium accounts, whatever the volume reached
- Any use marked by a request rate, a number of simultaneous connections or a regularity incompatible with human, personal use
Findings are based on our usage records, which we provide on request.
4.3 No abusive automation: Using scripts, bots, bulk download tools or any automation generating an abnormal volume of requests is strictly prohibited. Only official World-Debrid plugins and extensions are allowed.
4.4 Strictly personal use: The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials, using your account for the benefit of third parties (extended family, group, community) or indirectly reselling bandwidth is prohibited and treated as fraud.
4.5 Concurrency: Simultaneous connections from different IP addresses, or an excessive number of parallel downloads, may trigger a precautionary suspension of the account.
4.6 Detection and consequences: World-Debrid automatically monitors consumption patterns. Where abuse is established:
- First notice: temporary speed or volume limitation, with an email explaining the reason
- Repeat offence: account suspension, with the reason given by email. You may contest it by replying to that email: we review the decision and respond
The premium period paid for and not used is refunded pro rata, except where the suspension is based on fraud, account sharing or resale, prohibited automation or unlawful use. Serious abuse (request flooding, mass extraction, resale) leads to immediate suspension.
5. Subscriptions and payments
5.1 Plans: World-Debrid offers a monthly subscription and one-off access purchased for a fixed duration. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
5.2 Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5.3 Renewal and cancellation: The monthly subscription renews automatically each month, on the anniversary date of the purchase, until you end it. The amount is charged to the payment method on file. You can stop the renewal at any time and free of charge from your account, Subscription section: your premium access stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made. One-off access, bought for a fixed duration, never renews and simply ends.
5.4 Right of withdrawal: You have fourteen days from your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Ask us through our contact form, by email at [email protected], or using the model form reproduced at the end of this page.
Since your premium access opens as soon as you pay, at the time of the order you ask us to begin performance before the end of that period, and you acknowledge that this right ends once the service has been fully supplied.
Every unlocked link is a service performed immediately and in full: the file is delivered to you and cannot be returned to us. As long as you have not unlocked a single link, you are refunded in full, on the subscription as well as on one-off access. From the first link unlocked, performance has begun at your express request and no refund is due on that basis. The refund goes back to the original payment method, no later than fourteen days after your request.
5.5 Refunds outside withdrawal: After that period, payments are not refunded, except in three cases: service unavailability for more than seven consecutive days attributable to us, termination of your access decided by us while you were complying with these terms (the period paid for and not used is then refunded pro rata), and any charge made after your cancellation request. Refunds go back to the original payment method within fourteen days.
6. Loyalty points
6.1 Awarding: Loyalty points may be awarded for certain actions (payments, referrals, etc.).
6.2 Use: Points may be exchanged for premium subscription days.
6.3 Validity: Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred.
6.4 Expiry: Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
7. Suspension and termination
World-Debrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these terms of use
- Fraudulent or illegal activities, including copyright infringement (section 3.3)
- Service abuse or excessive use
- Unpaid invoices
You can delete your account at any time from your personal area.
8. Warranties and limitations
8.1 Availability: We strive for maximum service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8.2 Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, availability or legality of content accessible via unlocked links.
8.3 Scope of our liability: We are liable for direct damage caused by a failure on our part under these terms. We are not liable for indirect damage, in particular loss of business, loss of data held by a third-party host, the content of the files you access, or the unavailability or shutdown of a third-party host. These limits do not apply in the event of gross or wilful misconduct on our part, nor in the event of personal injury.
9. Modification of terms
World-Debrid may update these terms. Any significant change is notified to you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect: if it does not suit you, you may cancel free of charge before that date, and the period paid for and not used is refunded. Minor corrections and drafting clarifications take effect on publication. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the day of that order.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.

Browser fingerprint (anti-fraud)
At signup and on every login, we collect and hash a combination of technical signals from your browser (canvas, WebGL, installed fonts, timezone, screen resolution, hardware configuration, ISP ASN). These signals are converted into an irreversible fingerprint used exclusively to detect fraudulent multi-account creation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f). Retention: 90 rolling days. You may request deletion of your fingerprint by contacting us. The related connection logs (IP address, date, browser), however, are kept for 1 year: see Retention periods.
Model withdrawal form
A simple email to [email protected] is enough. This form is not compulsory, it appears here because the law requires us to make it available to you.
