The 4 points that actually make the difference
1. The free plan
Debrid-Link does not offer a continuous free plan. A trial exists but is very limited (just a few files). If you debrid less than 10 links per month or want to try without commitment, you hit the paywall almost immediately.
World-Debrid offers a genuine free plan with no credit card and no mandatory sign-up for your first links. It is the only comparable service on the market offering this level of free use.
2. The host catalog
On this point, Debrid-Link has the edge: 60+ hosts vs 15+ for World-Debrid. If you regularly download from Russian-speaking hosts (Filemonster, Fastfile, RusFolder) or Asian hosts, Debrid-Link offers significantly broader coverage.
World-Debrid focuses on the 15 hosts that cover 95% of French-speaking traffic: 1Fichier, RapidGator, Turbobit, Uploady, Mega, MediaFire, DDownload, KatFile, WDUpload, Google Drive and a few others. For 100% French-speaking use, coverage is equivalent. For more international use, Debrid-Link retains the edge.
3. The Premium price
Debrid-Link Premium runs around €3/month (€49/year on the annual plan). World-Debrid Premium is €2.39/month — about 30% cheaper for similar usage. Over a year, the gap is roughly €8. Note that World-Debrid Premium requires no commitment — it is a monthly subscription, cancellable any time.
4. The cross-user global cache
World-Debrid maintains a 30-day global cache on every link debrided at least once. In practice: if another user has already debrided the link you paste, your direct link is served in under a second, without even hitting the source host. On popular files, the time saved is massive.
Debrid-Link does not offer this mechanism. Each debriding triggers a fresh request to the source host.
